For my section on Lee Law Office, I will share a short story.

I was standing around at my old job talking with the “coffee crew” who came into the sporting goods store back in Miles City almost every morning.  Ohh, I could write story after story about that crew & those conversations!!  I already accepted my position here at the Chamber in Shelby, gave my notice at the store…  One of these conversations went like this: One of the coffee crew, Rob Muri, was asking about my life change.  Where am I going??  Shelby, I replied…  Oh, I know Don Lee that lives in Shelby.  He explained Don lived in Miles City back in the day and they used to play baseball together.  Just more proof that the world we live in is a small world.  It turns out I also worked with one of his relatives while at the store & know some others too that still live back in that area, The Jordan’s.

Another short story.  I did get some assistance in watering these main street flowers from the Lee Law Office this summer.  Don & Maria stepped up to the task for one of the weekends I needed help with, and so did Caydon getting his Cross Country Team to help for a few days too.  Speaking of watering flowers, my responsibility was the flowers on Main Street and on Central.  Don also volunteered his time by also helping water flowers on Oilfield Ave throughout the whole summer!!  I thank you for helping out and helping support the great town that Shelby, it's greatly appreciated!!  If we lose the little extras like the flowers to help keep Shelby beautiful, what would be next to go after that?!?!  Thank you for doing your part to help keep Shelby alive!!
