I understand the Shelby Area Chamber of Commerce may use the submitted photograph in promotional and/or marketing materials, advertisements, social media or website. All rights to the photograph remain with the photographer when photograph is used.

Contest Rules

1. All photos must be taken in the Toole County area and be original work of the contestant.

2. All participants are eligible to win only ONE category (10 Total Winners)

3. The Shelby Area of Commerce may use the submitted photograph in promotional and/or marketing materials, advertisements, social media or website. All rights to the photograph remain with the photographer when photograph is used.

4. Photographers may submit up to five (5) photos total.

Winners

1. One Grand Prize Winner will be featured on the April Showers Bring Main Street Flowers Calendar, canvas display in the Shelby Visitor Information Center Office, exclusive feature as the background for the Shelby Area Chamber of Commerce Ad in the 2023 Central Montana Planner (75,000 Printed Copies Distributed & Website Feature) & awarded an 11" x 14" metal print of their photo at the 2022-2023 Annual Chamber Banquet.

2. Additional winners will be selected in the following categories:

People (1)

Landscape (1)

Livestock (1)

Fan Favorite via Facebook voting (1)

Youth (ages 5-12)(1)

Teen (ages 13-17)(1)

Honorable Mentions (3)

3. All additional winners will each receive $10 Shelby Script Money, a framed 8x10 & 8 wallet size prints of their photo.

4. Winners will be notified by phone or email and announced on the Shelby Area Chamber of Commerce website and social media pages.

5. Winners will be selected by a panel of volunteer judges selected by Shelby Area Chamber of Commerce.
