On Tuesday, November 12, Logan Health Assisted Living – Shelby will be hosting their annual activity fundraising dinner from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the Shelby Civic Center. The theme this year is Holiday Hoedown! The menu features delicious soups, salad, assorted bread, a full grazing table and a variety of desserts. Tickets are sold at the door for $20 or $100 for a family of six. Enjoy live entertainment from Dave Wallewein and Kris Ryan. There will also be a live and silent auction of holiday wreaths, gift baskets, Christmas trees and more! Proceeds from the event directly support the resident’s quality of life at Logan Health Assisted Living – Shelby.

Come and have a meal with us (Coyote Lanes and the Smile Shop), at the bowling Alley. All Veterans and there plus 1 will get a free meal with us. The bowling alley will be open only for the veterans dinner. There will be lots of fun things to do. We will have a bowling tournament, trivia game, silent auction, and lots more. Turkey Bucks is hosting hot dog with chips and drink for $3.00 at Albertsons from 4-7 on Halloween. Proceeds go to the Turkey Bucks program.

List will be provided on Chamber Facebook Page atleast by the morning of Halloween with the participating businesses who will be handing out candy at there locations. Gather your kids right after school, go trick or treating for a while at various businesses before hitting the normal local hotspots in town!

MSU Forestry Specialist, Peter Kolb, will be coming to Shelby on October 8th at 9 AM – 11 AM at the MRE Conference Room.
