You may have noticed a new store opened up on Main Street recently.  Main Topic is a unique store located at the Old Larson's Clothing Location.  We carry various types of merchandise, such as…  Home Goods, Gifts, Clothing plus much more.

I am excited to serve the Shelby community in this new adventure.  Being from a small town in Texas, the atmosphere of the small town feel that Shelby provides is great.  My husband's employment brought me here, and we’ve been enjoying it ever since.

My day consists of ordering products and helping customers find what they are looking for.  I really enjoy helping and talking with all the people who have been coming into my store.  In the future I look forward to expanding on further products that the community wants and needs.  Thank you for all the support Shelby has shown me over the last year.  Stop in and check us out!

Main Topic is one of Shelby’s newest businesses opening its doors in Shelby. Always nice to see a new business opening its doors!.  I got to know Lynne while she worked at Farmhouse Rags as I was in Spa 30/Farmhouse Rags doing my rounds with the businesses.  She was always friendly and welcoming when I walked into the store.  Soon as Lynne opened her doors at Main Topic, she reached out to me to become a Chamber Member!  That was not much before this year’s Chamber Banquet, I didn't feel it would be appropriate asking for a donation right away towards the banquet.  However, Lynne gladly offered a nice basket from her store to be used at the Banquet without myself asking!  Thank You!  I believe Lynne will do a great job with Main Topic with her positive attitude and neat merchandise she has on hand at the store.  The Chamber recently did an official ribbon cutting ceremony for Main Topic, we wish Lynne of Main Topic the best and welcome to the Shelby Business Community!
