I’d like to welcome the newest member of the Shelby Area Chamber of Commerce, Tana Murray of Running River Creative. Many of you who are reading this have seen her work, or maybe even stopped by to chat while she was painting the Mural on the Side of Home Sweet Home Realty (Formly Tiber Agency) back in June. Lorette Carter lined up Tana for this project commissioned via the Shelby TBID organization, in the meantime I took over part of Lorette's position on TBID since she retired. I got to know Tana while working to complete this mural project. Tana was always prompt and easy to work with on this project while we worked through the transition period to its completion. As you all can see by the mural, it turned out great! She's truly a great artist! Within a week of completing the mural, Running River Creative signed up to become a Shelby Chamber member as she was impressed with our small town vibe of Shelby and wanted to show her support back to Shelby! Thank you for the reciprocating support!
