Eastside Building & Remodel is a family owned business based out of Valier, tackling projects in all the surrounding areas including Shelby. I started this business in April of 2013, however I've been in this line of work with 22 plus years of experience working for other contractors such as Swanke Enterprises. Over the years, I worked on everything from small residential projects to large scale commercial projects. Many of the projects can be seen on Main Street Shelby at various businesses and many homes around town as well.
I was born and raised in Valier, and really enjoy living and working in the small town communities along the Hi-Line. I am proud to call this rural part of Montana “home” and very patriotic to the USA.
If you have any construction jobs please give me a call, I'll be happy to discuss your project with you, provide a quote, and give references if you wish.

Last fall, Lorette Carter lined up a contractor to remodel the front entry of the Chamber Office. That was when I first met Kory from Eastside Building & Remodel. While doing the project obviously Kory & I chatted trading stories about various topics. Since then, we have become friends and his carpentry work is great as well. The Chamber Office entry has turned out great with the work Kory completed! I was also impressed with his attention to detail and making sure I was aware of each step as he progressed through the project.
Since then I worked to get him set up to do the baseball complex concessions remodel project, which turned out great as well. If you're looking for a contractor to do a project, give Kory a call, I know you would be pleased with his honest work he does.
While doing the Chamber Office, I signed him up as a Chamber Member. Not only did he sign up, he upgraded to the Copper Level Membership Level. Thank You!! Kory has supported the Chamber by attending various membership meetings, attending the annual banquet, and donating the fish race tracks we used at the banquet for the fish races! Thank You!
